Team personnel will provide consistent event organization, with informed and ‘up to date’ rules, along with prompt, timely and efficient management of the events schedule. Ensuring your registrants are delivered direct access to questions and comprehensive information.

Whether you want to run your own events or have Away Games™ coordinate the entire event, we have three convenient options to facilitate your tournament.



Option 1

Our first option is simply providing our signature Away Games™ customized terrains, mats, chess clocks, and dice trays, along with setup and tear down for your event. The responsible for everything else falls onto the event itself.

Option 2

Our second option is everything from Option 1, plus tournament support and promotion. We will provide our signature Away Games™ customized terrains, mats, chess clocks, and dice trays, along with setup and tear down for your event. Furthermore, we will provide signage for tournament day, customized player packets and flyers, marketing, sponsors, prize support assistance from our key sponsors, pre and post event emails to help answer all player questions, event assistance and Judge. This is the option we favor as we always prefer collaborating on an event!

Option 3

Our third option includes everything from Option 2, however Away Games™ truly hosts the event to include facilitating a venue. We will also coordinate and manage ticket sales, administration (running events through BCP) and providing a Tournament Organizer. This option provides the most and significantly reduces the responsibility of the event coordinator.

For Options 1 and 2, there is a flat rate per table provided as well as transportation cost to and from the location of the event. Option 3 requires a bit more information and can be discussed as needed.
